Joe Willis

After 20-years in the United States Army Military Police Corps, Joe Willis retired as a First Sergeant in the summer of 2016.  He devoted an entire career to training and developing others and provided executive consultation and career development counseling to more than 500 leaders.  With his passion for talent development and honing leadership skills he continues to provide training, coaching and mentoring on a wide array of organization development practices. 

Joe developed the VennLeader Model to inspire authenticity and courageous leadership.
